Policy Updates and Changes
These are our revised policies for Agrifest moving forward, and apply to all our vendors – existing and potential.  We understand that exceptions may need to be made. We will work with vendors on a case-by-case basis if different arrangements are required or requested. The only item below that is non-negotiable is the ability to reserve a space and pay exhibit fees at move in.  Payment at move in is no longer an option.
  • 2018 KNID Agrifest Contracts are due August 1, 2017.
  • Contracts must be received with the required 30% deposit, or with payment in full.
  • NEW: Contracts received without the 30% deposit or full payment will not be processed.
  • NEW: Exhibit space will not be reserved until the deposit or full payment is received.
  • 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  • NEW: We will contact you in September and October if we have not received your contract by August 1st to confirm your participation.
  • NEW: Full payment, or any remaining balance, is due no later than November 1st.
  • NEW: Your exhibit space will be unreserved and sellable to new or existing vendors by November 1st if: We have not received your contract and required payment, we receive the contract without required minimum payment, or we have been unable to contact you.
  • NEW: Late payment requests:  Exceptions to the November 1st deadline will require: Written approval from this office and a valid credit card placed on file.
  • NEW: December 15th is final due date if approved for late payment.
  • NEW: Balances not paid by December 15th will be charged to the credit card on file. If your initial payment was cash or check, and you took the 5% discount, the 5% will be added back prior to your credit card being charged. We will contact you if we are unable to charge remaining balances on December 15th. You may provide an alternate credit card, or you can make payment in our office by 5pm December 15th.
  • NEW: Any contract (new or existing vendor) received on or after November 1st must be received with full payment.  Exhibit space will not be reserved and will be considered sellable until full payment is received.
  • NEW: Payment at show move in is no longer allowed.

Early-Bird Special

We are pleased to announce our Early-Bird Special!

  • All contracts received by August 1st, with deposit or full payment, will be entered to have a 10x10 (a $495.00 value) portion of their booth cost credited back!  All eligible vendor names will be placed in a hat and the winner drawn and notified by August 5th. Vendor must have full payment in by October 31st, or the credit will be reversed and vendor will be responsible for the full value of their exhibit space.

Unpaid/Unreserved Exhibit Space and KNID Agrifest Wait-List

We have many vendors who want to get into Agrifest. We always give existing vendors first right of acceptance on their assigned booth space from the previous year. We also keep an active waiting list. Any unpaid or unreserved booth space will be open for sale to existing vendors and those on our wait-list beginning November 1, 2017 on a first come, first served basis.  To avoid having your space sold, please have your payment and contract in on time, or contact us for approved alternate arrangements as outlined above.

Official Show Program

We can all agree that an accurate and complete show program is a critical piece of our combined success. We send the program to print the first week of December. We insert the program into the Enid News & Eagle, The Neighbor (another Enid publication), and the Woodward News Paper the Sunday prior to the show.  If you want to be listed as a vendor with your booth assignment in the program, please make sure that your contract and full payment is in no later than November 1, 2017.

We have added two check boxes to the 2018 contract.

  • If you want to be contacted about running an ad in the program – check the Ad Box on the contract and our sales executives will reach out to you once we begin selling ad space in October.  Ad creative is due November 15th.   We can create an ad for you, but there will be a $20.00 charge for ad creation.  All ads must use high resolution graphics in JPG or PNG formats.
  • If you would like to submit an article(s) for print in the program (no charge), check the Article Box on the contract and Brett will reach out to you two weeks prior to print. Article submissions must be received by November 20th.

Inclement Weather Policy - The Show Goes On!

January weather in Oklahoma can be tricky at times.  We've weathered ice, snow and almost everything in between.  We were asked about our plan many times during 2017's show due to forecast ice storm, that never panned out for our immediate area.  One of the keys is to be well informed from sources like the National Weather Service in Norman, OK.   There are many hotels and RV areas in Enid.  RV parking and hook-ups are also available at the Expo Center.

  • Plan in advance, allow extra time if needed.
  • Make hotel or RV park reservations early to help ensure availability.
  • Understand cancellation and refund policies of the hotels/RV Parks.

Nothing will close Agrifest but long-term or permanent loss of power at the Expo Center, or City/County directive. Many times, bad weather means a better show for engaged vendors. Traffic may be lighter, but the quality is better in most cases - confirmed by many of our vendors from past shows impacted by winter weather.

Move Out Requirements

Agrifest closes at 5pm Saturday.  All vendors are required to have all displays, equipment and show items out of the buildings Saturday night - no exceptions.  Equipment may be left in the Expo parking lot until the following Wednesday if needed.  Check with us for parking instructions if leaving equipment on the fairgound's parking lot. The Expo has many other events scheduled, and several happen annually the week and weekend after Agrifest.  That is why move out is required on Saturday night - that, and it is in our contract with the Expo. Exceptions will require approval from Expo Center Administration.  We will provide you a request form to take to the Expo Administrative office for approval and signature.  You will need to return that to the KNID booth once approved and signed.  KNID and Agrifest personnel do not have authority to approve these requests.

 Facebook and Website

I highly recommend that you and your teams like our KNID Agrifest page on Facebook:  This is a great way for us to be able to communicate throughout the year, provide updates, and help folks attending the show know what is happening.

I also recommend that you add our website to your favorites:
